Μια διαδικτυακή συζήτηση για την γυναικεία εκπροσώπηση και ενδυνάμωση στο χώρο του ποδοσφαίρου. #WomenStrikeAgain #FootballPeople
Η Αthens Comics Library, στο πλαίσιο του #FootballPeople – τη μεγαλύτερη εκστρατεία της Ευρώπης για κοινωνικές αλλαγές και ποικιλομορφία στο ποδόσφαιρο – σε συνεργασία με το FARE Network που φέρνει μαζί αθλητές, ομάδες και οργανώσεις που στοχεύουν στην καταπολέμηση της ανισότητας στο ποδόσφαιρο και χρησιμοποιούν το άθλημα ως μέσο κοινωνικής αλλαγής, σας προσκαλεί στην διαδικτυακή εκδήλωση “Women Strike Again”, την Πέμπτη 14/10/2021 στις 7μ.μ.

Η εκδήλωση εντάσσεται στη διεθνή επικοινωνιακή καμπάνια #FootballPeople Weeks που συντονίζει το FARE Network και στην οποία συμμετέχουν αθλητικά σωματεία, μη κερδοσκοπικοί οργανισμοί, αθλητές και φίλαθλοι από όλον τον κόσμο και τελεί υπό την αιγίδα της Γενικής Γραμματείας Αθλητισμού του Υπουργείου Πολιτισμού και Αθλητισμού.
Στη συζήτηση θα συμμετάσχουν οι:
Θα συντονίσει η Λήδα Τσενέ, Διδάκτωρ του Παντείου Πανεπιστημίου και Ιδρύτρια της Athens Comics Library.
Η εκδήλωση είναι δωρεάν και δεν χρειάζεται προεγγραφή και θα διεξαχθεί στα αγγλικά.
Η συζητήση θα μεταδοθεί μέσα από τη σελίδα του Facebook της Athens Comics Library και είναι ελεύθερη προς το κοινό.
Λαμβάνοντας υπόψη το χαμηλό ποσοστό εκπροσώπησης των γυναικών στο χώρο του ποδοσφαίρου, τόσο διεθνώς, όσο και στη χώρα μας, στοχεύουμε μέσα από τη συγκεκριμένη εκδήλωση να συμβάλουμε στον διάλογο για την ανάδειξη αυτών των θεμάτων.
Παραλληλα, στόχος μας είναι να παρουσιάσουμε παραδείγματα γυναικών από διαφορετικά backgrounds και κουλτούρες για τις οποίες το ποδόσφαιρο λειτούργησε ως εργαλείο ενδυνάμωσης και να εμπνεύσουμε περισσότερα κορίτσια να ασχοληθούν με το συγκεκριμένο άθλημα.
Η εκδήλωση πλαισιώνεται από την ψηφιακή καμπάνια με τίτλο #WomenStrikeAgain #FootballPeople, η οποία θα διαχυθεί μέσω των social media. Αθλητές, δημοσιογράφοι, άνθρωποι του πολιτισμού και του αθλητισμού θα συμμετάσχουν δίνοντάς μας ένα μήνυμα ενδυνάμωσης, το οποίο θα προσυπογράφει τον στόχο της εκδήλωσης, καθώς και μια δήλωση δέσμευσης για την ενίσχυση της γυναικείας εκπροσώπησης, αλλά και ενδυνάμωσης στον χώρο του ποδοσφαίρου.
Μέχρι σήμερα αναγνωρισμένες προσωπικότητες στον χώρο του ποδοσφαίρου και θεμάτων ισότητας και πολιτισμού από την Ελλάδα και την Ευρώπη, έχουν συνυπογράψει την καμπάνια αυτή όπως η Αγγελική Αρκάδη, Γενική Διευθύντρια της ΠΑΕ Α.Ε.Κ., ο Ηλίας Κυριακίδης, Υπεύθυνος Ανάπτυξης και Εκπαίδευσης Δικτύου Ακαδημιών ΠΑΕ Α.Ε.Κ., η Αγγελική Κούρκουλου, Αθλητική Δημοσιογράφος, OPEN TV, η Maymi Asgari, Αθλήτρια, Κοινωνιολόγος και γνωστή Influencer, η Στέλλα Κάσδαγλη, συν-Ιδρύτρια του Women on Top και συγγραφέας και πολλοί άλλοι.

An online discussion on women’s representation and
empowerment in football.

Athens Comics Library, as part of #FootballPeople: Europe’s largest campaign for social change and football diversity in collaboration with the FARE Network, invites you to the Panel Discussion: “Women Strike Again” #WomenStrikeAgain, on Thursday 14/10/2021 at 7pm.

The panel discussion is part of the international empowerment campaign #FootballPeople Weeks organised and supported by the FARE Network and involves sports clubs, non-profit organisations, athletes and fans from around the world and is under the auspices of the General Secretariat of Sports of the Ministry of Culture and Sports.

The event is free and does not require pre-registration and will be conducted in English.
The discussion will be broadcast through the Facebook page of the Athens Comics Library and is free to the public.
Taking into account the low percentage of representation of women in the field of football, both internationally and in our country, we aim through this event to contribute to the dialogue to highlight these issues.
At the same time, our goal is to present examples of women, from different backgrounds and cultures, where football has functioned as a tool of empowerment and to inspire more girls to engage in this sport.
The event is framed by a digital campaign entitled #WomenStrikeAgain #FootballPeople, which will be disseminated through social media, where athletes, journalists, people of culture and sports will participate giving us a message of empowerment, which will subscribe to the goal of the event. , as well as a statement of commitment to strengthen women’s representation, but also empowerment in the field of football.
To date, recognized personalities in the field of football and issues of equality and culture from Greece and Europe, have co-signed this campaign such as Angeliki Arkadi, General Manager of AEK F.C., Elias Kyriakidis, Head of Network Development and Training Academies AEK F.C., Angeliki Kourkoulou, Sports Journalist, OPEN TV, Maymi Asgari, Athlete, Sociologist and well-known Influencer, Stella Kasdagli, Co-Founder of Women on Top and author and many others.

Who we are?
Comicdom Press was founded in 2004, with the aim of promoting the 9th Art. In this context:
