Legal services are provided to Trans and Gender Non-Conforming (TGNC) refugees and asylum seekers (over 18).
These can include but are not limited to:
Case preparation
Accompaniment to authorities
Asylum application preparation
Interview preparation and accompaniment
Application to release PWS from detention
Appeal deposition
Admission criteria include being a trans or gender non-conforming person and being adult.
