Description

Through the collaboration between UNICEF and METAdrasi, a specific sub-group of interpreters from METAdrasi’s wider “pool” of interpreters, trained on gender-based violence, is available to state entinies and Civil Society Organizations that may not have interpreters in all languages ​​spoken by people who have been survivors of gender-based violence.

Available languages for the provision of interpretation in Athens:
Arabic, Kirmanji, Sorani, Turkish, English, French, Spanish, Lingala, Punjabi, Urdu, Bengali, Farsi, Dari, Georgian, Russian, Mandarin, Albanian, Amharic, Tigrinya, Somali, Moldovan, Pashto

Provision of interpretation can be done by a female interpreter according to the needs.
