Description

The organizations Catholic Relief Services and Caritas Hellas, with the support of the UN High Commissioner for Refugees, created the “Adama center”, a space that offers integration services to asylum seekers and beneficiaries of international protection living in Greece. The center is operated by Caritas Hellas staff, to support beneficiaries with their applications for existing social protection programs as well as to connect them with the labor market.

More specifically, the service provision of the Adama center includes the following: – Information on the Greek labor market and labor counseling sessions – Connections with available jobs throughout Greece – Information and support in collecting the necessary documents for applying to social protection programs (such as the Minimum Guaranteed Income). – Coordination with other agencies and referrals as appropriate
