Sistech is a non-profit organization founded in 2017 in Paris, with the aim of empowering refugee women by placing them in high-level jobs of their choice in the digital & tech market. Sistech operates in Greece, Italy and France thanks to a dedicated team of 10 people as well as a large number of professionals who volunteer their time and skills to support the organization's programs. So far 70% of the refugee women who have been supported by Sistech have started their new career in the field of digital & tech, empowered by their choice and making their own path to integrate into local societies.
