The Springboard is 6 months programme that aims for its participants, refugee and asylum women in leaving in Greece to:

Build a professional project in tech & digital
Acquire technical skills in the field of their choice
Discover the professional environment and the local tech & digital ecosystem
Build a professional network
Know the local tech job market
Work on the soft skills
Gather the essential elements for the job search (CV, cover letter…)
Networking and company visits

Our selection criteria are to:

Identify as a woman
Hold any form of international protection (refugee, subsidiary protection, etc.) directly or through family
18+ years old
Basic computer knowledge
Minimum B1 in English
Being available every Wednesday from 18:00 to 20:00 from April to October
High commitment & able to study autonomously
Eager to find a job in digital & tech
