Enrollment at Springboard 2023 by SISTECH

The Springboard is 6 months programme that aims for its participants, refugee and asylum women in leaving in Greece to:

  • Build a professional project in tech & digital
  • Acquire technical skills in the field of their choice
  • Discover the professional environment and the local tech & digital ecosystem
  • Build a professional network
  • Know the local tech job market
  • Work on the soft skills
  • Gather the essential elements for the job search (CV, cover letter…)
  • Networking and company visits

Our selection criteria are to:

  • Identify as a woman
  • Hold any form of international protection (refugee, subsidiary protection, etc.) directly or through family
  • 18+ years old
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Minimum B1 in English
  • Being available every Wednesday from 18:00 to 20:00 from April to October
  • High commitment & able to study autonomously
  • Eager to find a job in digital & tech
