Empowerment seminar “Work-Life Balance for mothers”

Motherhood and work: how can these two important parts of our life be balanced successfully? This seminar through our programme “Worldplaces-Workplaces working with migrant women” addresses the needs of women of migrant background, who are mothers or would like to have at some point a family and who also want to have a satisfying job providing them with financial independence.
The facilitators of the seminar, two female professionals with expertise in empowering families, mothers and children of migrant background, focus, in collaboration with the participants, on the challenges of employment and motherhood, on finding solutions and utilising the available supportive network a mother can have.
