The material included in this document has been tested in National Webinars conducted by organizations addressing audience in BelgiumCyprusGreeceItalySpain and Sweden. The Program has also been presented during a Femin-ICT European Webinar.

The purpose of this program is to provide women working in the ICT sectors and women wishing to enter the ICT sector, including students in any of these fields, with knowledge and skills that will make them able and empower them to overcome obstacles that have been put into their way by gender bias and other factors.

Each module has been prepared by an expert project partner in the discussed theme. Some modules, such as Module 1 and Module 5, include sections that reflect the way this material can be used in a webinar, and therefore become a trainer’s tool. The document, therefore, is a both a stand-alone, educational program that can be either used as reading material or turned into an interactive webinar. This form serves the purpose of the content that is practical since it includes material in skills development.

The program is accompanied by a series of interviews with women from BelgiumCyprusGreeceItalySpain and Sweden, who are active and excel in the ICT sector, with the aim of providing role models that will encourage, inspire and motivate other women to pursue a career in the field. Find them on YouTube
