Basic Circus techniques for unaccompanied minors aged 12 and over.

Through education, interpersonal connection, self-expression and focused at goal-achievements, the Social Circus can change the lives of unaccompanied minors in our country. Independence, solidarity, self-appreciation, fitness, communication and literal and figurative flexibility are some of the capabilites that we approach through this training.

Based on circus techniques, the Social Circus aims at bringing personal transformation to the participant and the audience. Each participant is capable in implementing their own talents through a wide range of activities that are offered through circus curriculum, such as juggling, mono-cycle, acrobatics, trapeze, while at the same time coexisting and sharing space with the other students.

Days and times of classes: Monday 5-7pm : Basic Circus Techniques Wednesdays 6-8pm: Basic Circus Techniques Sunday 3-5pm: Social Circus closed sessions

Hosting venue is the circus school ‘Circus Athens’: Mykinon 11 and Meg. Alexandrou str., Keramikos. Please note that whoever registers must commit to a weekly attendance. Ages 12 and over.
