Description

Social support

The Bridges provide counseling services to those who wish to find a safe place where they can feel heard so they can begin to process all that has happened to them, the journey and the hardships. The staff consists of experienced counselors and social workers who work with individuals and families every day to ensure that not only their physical and spiritual needs are met, but also their psychological needs. They provide various services for asylum seekers and refugees, in matters related to housing, TIN, AMKA, OAED card, METRO cards and school registrations. Referrals to organizations that provide Access to Housing. Making telephone appointments at public hospitals and working with other organizations to provide interpreters and medical assistance to beneficiaries who come to us for help.

Legal Information

Legal information and access to the local Asylum Services in Greece is provided. Cooperation with other organizations to provide legal assistance to refugees, asylum seekers and those not yet registered by the Asylum Service.

Participation/referral information

We give daily appointments for the office services at the reception after 9.30 a.m.
