In the framework of the implementation of the action “Social Protection Network of Athens – Open Social Net”, which is co-financed by the E.P. “ATTICA 2014-2020” and the European Social Fund (OPS code 5074888), E.A.T.A. S.A. invites citizens living in Athens with disabilities to submit an application to participate in the action “RIGHT TO QUALITY – Program for the distribution of solidarity food packages to citizens of the City of Athens with accessibility difficulties” (2nd cycle) which concerns the distribution of packaged products of high nutritional value from cooperative producers who apply the appropriate methods of organic farming and animal husbandry.
The main objective of the action is to alleviate the problem of food insecurity and to offer alternative options in terms of strengthening the existing diet (food fortification), sources of energy and nutrients (selective nutrition), as well as promoting new healthy eating habits when the conventional one does not adequately cover the relevant needs of people with disabilities.
Priority will be given to applicants who are in a difficult financial situation.

Applications for participation can be submitted by those interested until Friday, April 28, 2023 at 5:00 p.m.
