To strengthen the reception conditions for refugees from Ukraine and other countries in Greece
MDM invite professionals and volunteers who are active in helping refugees and more broadly in the field of welcoming citizens of third countries in Greece to register for the training seminars of the O.D.I.SO.S program.
In particular, the content of the educational seminars is divided into two sections:
The first concerns protection policies and includes ways to protect and safeguard vulnerable people – that is, protection from gender-based violence and safeguard policies in reception structures.
The second section focuses on the humanitarian code and includes individual topics on humanitarian and democratic values, peaceful coexistence and the formulation and implementation of programmatic actions in emergency situations.
Each section of the seminar is provided on 4 alternative dates:
SECTION 1 – PROTECTION POLICIES AND PROCEDURES – Gender-based violence. Other safeguard policies
SECTION 2 – HUMANISTIC AND DEMOCRATIC PRINCIPLES – Peaceful coexistence. Design and implementation of programs in conflict environments
Participation is free, but priority will be given.
