Union of Ukrainian Women in Greece: Art-therapeutic Project "From shadows to the light"

The project builds on the successful initiative presented during the Orange the World campaign in Athens with the support of Athens municipality and ACCMR, where results of group art-therapeutic work with expats and Ukrainian women who have suffered from violence were presented.  Expanding on this foundation, the next phase focuses on individual engagement and artistic expression to deepen the impact and visibility of survivors’ stories.

Alina Malinovska – magister of psychology, an art therapist, gestalt- therapist, author of a self-discovery journal, a creator of metaphorical associative cards (MAC), and an artist—invites you to an anonymous individual session.

During this session, she will create your special portrait.

This will not be a typical depiction of physical features. Instead, the portrait will reflect your inner psycho-emotional state, the depth of your soul. All the portraits created within this project will be presented at an exhibition (with your consent).

UWinG  invite you to share your story if you have ever experienced any form of violence—physical or psychological.

Together, we can change society’s perception of this issue, support one another, and remind the world that every woman deserves happiness, freedom, and harmony.

Наша організація вже багато років підтримує жінок, які зіткнулися з досвідом насильства.

Ми створюємо спеціальні програми та організовуємо заходи, спрямовані на привернення уваги до цієї важливої теми.

Сьогодні ми запускаємо унікальний творчий проєкт, до якого кожна з вас може долучитися — «Від Тіні до Світла».

Наш фахівець Аліна Малиновська, арттерапевт, гештальт – терапевт, авторка щоденника самопізнання, унікальної колоди МАК та художниця, запрошує вас на анонімну індивідуальну зустріч. Під час цієї зустрічі вона створить ваш особливий портрет.

Це не буде звичайне зображення фізичних рис. Цей портрет відобразить ваш внутрішній психоемоційний стан, глибину вашої душі.

Усі картини-портрети, створені в рамках проєкту, будуть представлені на виставці (за вашою згодою).

Ми запрошуємо вас поділитися своєю історією, якщо ви пережили будь-яку форму насильства — фізичного чи психологічного.

Разом ми можемо змінити ставлення суспільства до цієї проблеми, підтримати одна одну та нагадати світу, що кожна жінка заслуговує на щастя, свободу й гармонію.
