Α research on the effects of the pandemic on the mental health of workers in the field of health was carried out by the Babel Day Center (AMKE Syn-eirmos) and the Laboratory of Intercultural and Social Psychology of EKPA. The study looked at both the specific factors that exacerbate stress and the resilience resources (individual and organizational) that may mitigate the negative effects of stress.
