As part of the operation of the Social Center of Caritas Hellas in Neos Kosmos, a set of services and activities are offered such as: Individual career guidance sessions are held that include obtaining a work history, designing and implementing a personalized intervention plan, guiding and preparing a resume and interviews for potential jobs. Also, group informative meetings are organized in the field of job search technique and the way of presenting the job profile. Finally, the development of cooperation and communication links with companies that develop Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) as well as with bodies that deal with the selection and placement of human resources is promoted.
