The Migrant Integration of the City of Athens (KEM) and the International Organization for Migration (IOM) within the framework of the HELIOS program in collaboration with the Athens Municipal Maker Space and the participation of the Athens Coordination Center for Migrant and Refugee issues (ACCMR) are organizing a 3D printing and laser cutting workshop.
The action is part of the Refugee Week Greece 2023 festival. The participants, which will take place on Thursday, May 25 from 17.00-19.00, will have the opportunity to experiment with the modern 3D printing and laser cutting machines of the Athens Municipal Maker Space of the City of Athens, utilize traditional techniques and create objects from seemingly “useless” fabrics, giving them new value and a new cycle of life.
The workshop is free, fully accessible and addressed to all genders and all ages.
For registration send us an email [email protected]
Priority will be given based on the date of registration, due to a limited number of participants.
