On Tuesday and Wednesday, November 29 & 30 and from 16:00-18:30, an online workshop will be held for business representatives and employers from the sectors of Agri-Food, Tourism, Economy, Textile Industry. The workshop was designed for businesses and employers who wish to improve their online presence and become more attractive to potential employees with digital skills. The main objective of the workshop is to participate and utilize the services of the INTERNISA network, so that participants can benefit from digital tools in their business, have access to trained human resources and network with businesses in Greece and the Mediterranean. The participants will have the opportunity to learn about the new offline spot of the ActionAid center in Colonos, the services provided there and the ways in which they can benefit. In addition, participants will have the opportunity to network and create a business network and cultivate positive synergies for themselves. Applying experiential learning methods, participants will create their own account on INTERNISA’s interface platform, where they can post jobs, search for other businesses to collaborate with, or be invited by other companies from Greece and the Mediterranean countries to create synergies. Executives from the field of innovation and digital marketing will analyze what they are and how they can use digital marketing tools to improve their online image to attract skilled and competent employees as well as customers. The workshop will be videotaped and made available to other companies ensuring the sustainability of the INTERNISA project tools, while a manual for the effective use of the tools will be available to all participants.
