Art therapy is a gentle yet profound way to explore oneself, harmonize the inner world, and restore connection with others. Our workshops help participants use creativity to examine their emotions, find balance, and experience support within a like-minded community.
Workshop 1: Inner Balance – The Harmony of Feminine and Masculine Within Me Each person has two internal forces—the feminine, which is soft, emotional, and intuitive, and the masculine, which is active, structured, and rational. When these energies are in harmony, we feel confident, free, and capable of both creating and making decisions. In this workshop, we will work with clay to create representations of our inner masculine and feminine parts. We will explore how these aspects interact: do they support each other, or does one dominate while the other needs more attention? Through tactile engagement with the material, observation, and reflection, we will learn to balance these inner forces to feel whole and self-assured.
Workshop 2: Exploring Relationships – The Path to Harmony with Others Our relationships with others reflect our inner world. Through the creative process, we can look at these connections from a new perspective and better understand ourselves. In this session, we will focus on a person in our life with whom we have a difficult or tense relationship. Using foil, we will create symbolic representations of these relationships—how we perceive this person, how we interact with them, and where tension or misunderstanding arises. By engaging in this creative process, we will explore what causes these difficulties and try to find ways to bring more harmony to this connection. This may help us see the situation differently and experience more ease and inner peace.
Workshop 3: The Mandala of My Inner World A mandala is a sacred symbol of wholeness that helps structure the inner world, providing stability and peace. In this workshop, we will create a mandala of our inner world using grains, paints, and natural materials. As we arrange patterns, we will intuitively express our emotions, desires, and current state of being. This mandala will be more than just an artwork—it will serve as a map of our soul in the present moment. It will help us recognize which areas of our life need more attention and which are already in harmony.
