Empowered Project: Empowering women for better employment

The EMPOWERED training program is a comprehensive educational experience offered to women who wish to gain access to the job market or transition to a different field professionally. These women face challenges that discourage them from pursuing their goals and asserting their place in the professional world.

The project has created an educational program in Greek, English, Italian, Romanian, and Portuguese with the following objectives:

1. To equip women with the technical skills necessary in the era of digital transformation, which are valuable for gaining a competitive advantage in the job market.
2. To address the spectrum of psychological obstacles that women encounter when striving for a better position in the workplace.
