Child Rights Advocacy Network online event

The Advocacy Network for the Rights of the Child organizes an online event, honoring the World Refugee Day, and invites institutional bodies to a discussion with the children themselves, so that they can be heard and submit proposals on the challenges they face in their daily lives in relation to the above issues.

Their thoughts, concerns and suggestions will be shared with us by:

• Iraklis Moskof, Special Secretary for the Protection of Unaccompanied Minors
• Theoni Koufonikolakou, Assistant Advocate, responsible for Children’s Rights issues
• Fai Franciskatou, ex-Chairperson of the secondary asylum committee PD114/2010- Executive of the Ministry of the Interior

as well as refugee children who will testify their experiences about the challenges they face and their suggestions.

The debate will be moderated by Agapi Houzouraki, lawyer and head of advocacy at the Greek Council for Refugees.
