The SURVIVOR project: Enhancing Services for Migrants and Refugees GBV Survivors, with the consortium the General Secretariat for Family Policy and Gender Equality, Diotima and KETHI, funded by the European Union's Rights, Equality and Citizenship Program, launches its own website with many usefull tools.
While the SURVIVOR website offers cross-border learning and the innovative sharing of best practices, the unrestricted nature of site access could potentially improve prevention and response to GBV to protection organizations in Greece and EU. The resources and toolkits will draw on evidence-based practices from Europe and other countries as well as decades of experience supporting refugee resettlement in EU. Resource development and learning opportunities will focus on topics and issues that are pertinent to multiple European contexts with an emphasis on transferrable lessons learned and best practices.
The Survivor Website is an online resources tools being developed by the IRC, Hellas within the SURVIVOR project frame, to:
- provide toolkits and other resources to agencies and practitioners in Europe supporting the integration and resettlement of refugees.
- Illustrative website topic areas include interpretation and language access, service delivery, community engagement and integration, economic empowerment, and psychosocial support.
