Conference "Inequalities in Education"

The regional conference “Inequalities to Education” is organized by the Active Citizens Fund Operators of Greece, SolidarityNow with Bodossaki Foundation and the Fund Operator of Bulgaria. The event will take place in Basil & Elise Goulandris Foundation (13 Eratosthenous str., 11635 Athens) on March 20^th and 21^st.

The conference aims to share good practices and innovative approaches toward inclusive education by tackling inequity in education. Particular emphasis will be placed on the education of vulnerable groups, including refugee and migrant children, Roma, and children with disabilities. It will feature keynotes among others by analysts of the OECD, the European Commission DG- EAC, and FRA, as well as panel discussions. Participants from 8 European countries engaged in tackling inequalities in education will participate in the conference and the panels (Romania, Estonia, Poland, Croatia, Malta, the Czech Republic, Bulgaria, and Greece).
